Join us at Baldy Mountain Resort for our ‘New Years Eve Dinner and Party’! Enjoy a three-course set menu, followed by music, party favors, fireworks, and much more. Come celebrate with us!

We have multiple options to enjoy the night:

Dinner only 6:00pm-8:30pm

Party only 8:30-2:00am

Or make the most of your evening and join us for both!

All participants, of both the dinner and party, are invited to join us for the Torchlight Parade so bring your ski gear!

DINNER MENU:

Cauliflower Soup with Sage Burnt Butter

Panzanella Salad with Grilled Vegetables, Fresh Mozzarella Cheese and Croutons

Fennel Braised Pork Belly Roast served with Wilted Broccolini, Kale, Yams and Pine Nuts

Yellow Bean Pudding, Vanilla Ice-Cream, Crispy Shallots

Kids will be served salad followed by mac and cheese, then dessert.

Vegan and celiac options are available and we will endeavour to accommodate any other dietary requirements. Please ensure you note this when purchasing your ticket. 

There will be a cash bar and DJ playing all night, plus we’ll provide light snacks and the bubbly for a toast at midnight.

There will be no door sales for this event, so make sure you purchase your ticket in advance. Also be aware that transportation is not provided, please plan for a safe trip home.
