At Baldy Mountain Resort we are pleased to host a variety of mountain events throughout the year. Join us and enjoy the mountain and surrounding areas at one of our numerous events; or, host your own event with us.

Big POW Thursdays! Eagle chair being closed Tuesday and Wednesday (except on holidays), allows for 3 nights and two days of snow accumulation.

Baldy is an independently owned and operated ski hill, and we will continue to work to maintain that independence. That being said, we can only maintain that status with the support of all of our dedicated season pass holders. Thank you immensely for your support. Your passes literally keep the lights on and the lifts turning.![]()

Thank you for attending our events, having a beverage in the bar, chatting with first-time Baldy visitors, and telling them how special this place is. This season, we saw 90% of last season's staff return for this winter, plus an additional group of talented new staff members joined us as we moved to a 7-day-a-week operation. ![]()

To Guest Services: Thank you for being the wealth of knowledge whenever anyone had questions about the hill and getting guests out on the hill as fast as you could on those busy pow-day mornings.![]()

To the Lifties and maintenance: Thank you for all the shovelling, chair bumping, and keeping a smile on your face as every guest interacted with you on every lap they did. ![]()

To the Grooming and Park crew: Thank you for some of the best corduroy Baldy has seen in years and for keeping two amazing parks perfectly maintained in various weather conditions.![]()

To Patrol: Thank you for keeping everyone safe, maintaining rope lines and tower pads, assessing snow conditions, and ensuring any patrol call was handled professionally and safely. ![]()

To Rentals/Snowschool: Thank you for being the ski/board gear and snow skills experts. Your ability to organize a 50-child school group and ensure they all have a great time is second to none.![]()

As the end of the season approaches, we'd like to say a series of thank yous to people who made this season as good as it could be despite a challenging winter for many. ![]()

The first significant thank you goes to a new resident of the Baldy community, Bee.![]()

Since the pandemic, Baldy has been taking steps to revitalize Apres-ski at the resort sustainably. Bee approached us at the beginning of the season, asking to host a karaoke night in the bar. She had hosted nights like these in several places around the world. We accepted her offer and knew little about the memorable nights to come. Karaoke Night, new years eve, St pattys day and even a few Paint nights brought together people from all over, from long-time village residents to weekend vacationers to a group of karaoke addicts from some neighbouring towns.![]()

Looking back on this season, some of the best nights of the winter were spent in the bar during Karaoke. ![]()

Bee invested much more time and money into these events than we deserved, and we are eternally grateful for the next level effort she put into this place to see the nightlife grow and return a sense of community to the Baldy Bar.![]()
